  Very unprofessional, I called to place an order on 7/1/2026. Someone picked up but wouldn't take my order; they made me go online instead.

  Customer service was horrible! No greeting, no acknowledgment that I had walked in. Actually a worker walked dead in front of me and started putting up signs on the counter as if I wasn’t even there. Don’t recommend!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Wingstop tonight. I placed my order online and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they were out of the Spicy Korean Q sauce I originally ordered and had to substitute it for Garlic Parmesan. After that change, I still had to wait an additional 8 minutes for my food to be prepared. Because of the extended wait, I reasonably assumed that my order had been checked and completed correctly before being handed to me. Unfortunately, after driving all the way home, I discovered that my 6-piece bone-in chicken order was completely missing from the bag. I then had to make a second trip back to the restaurant to resolve the issue. When I explained that I had received everything else except my chicken, the staff responded in a way that made me feel as though they doubted my honesty rather than addressing the mistake professionally. This was both frustrating and disrespectful. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that this is not the first time I have encountered poor customer service at this location. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be accurate and that any mistakes will be handled courteously and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience tonight.

  This is the nastiest wingstop I ever had! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but they are VERY TRIFLING. Wings always SOAKED in grease, fries are always soaked in grease and cold. Every single time I went there the food was horrible.. honestly made never want to go back to WINGSTOP! this location needs to be shut down

  I don’t even know where to start with how terrible this experience was. I placed an order with Wingstop, waited like a normal customer, and then out of nowhere—cancelled. No explanation, no courtesy, nothing. So I call to figure out what happened, and instead of getting help, I’m met with some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Attitude for no reason, zero accountability, and absolutely no interest in fixing their mistake. It honestly felt like I was bothering them for expecting basic customer service. If you’re thinking about ordering from this location, save yourself the time and frustration. There are plenty of places that actually value their customers—this is definitely not one of them.
