  This was my 2nd time coming to whataburger my 1st time the manager was rude and off putting , it was early in the morning. I was was confused on what to get since it was night time , the young man at front counter was so nice and had such a inviting tone I think his name was Nick , he gave me a full guide of the food and ask for my dietary restrictions, and put together a meal I can actually enjoy and digest he’s like one of the most respectable young men I meet in a long a time my food was fresh and hot I ordered the whatawings with onion rings and a drink and it was so good keep up the good work whataburger 10/10

  On my way to the grocery store today, I dropped by a burger joint with the kids for a quick lunch. A calm and friendly staff member handed us our burgers, and we had a great time chatting and enjoying our delicious food. The place was nice, quiet, and clean, which made it even better.

  If I can get this, a no Star I would. Went there today. Me and My brother waited around for service that never happened. You had a young lady that worked there that was ordering food and making a TikTok video in front of the counter. Nobody never came and asked us. Can we help you or we apologize we shortstaffed for nothing. We still there for 30 minutes and nobody says nothing not even the manager that found they popped their head out from round back. This place the Service suck customer service definitely suck. It’s a bunch of young teenagers and a manager that don’t care. 🤷. All I can do is recommend stay away. If you don’t want your feelings hurt cause you’re definitely not gonna get nothing to eat.
