  I pulled up to the drive through and no one would even acknowledge I was there. I pulled up to the window and the woman said I had to use the kiosk. I told her I did not want to use a kiosk because I have a large order for 20 people. She said, “If you want food, you will use the kiosk.” And slammed the window in my face. I drove away and chose another restaurant. When you question why your sales are faltering… look no further than stupid employees who are rude to your clients.

  DO NOT COME HERE! Food is completely wrong, with all the wrong stuff on it. I ordered grilled cheese steak burritos and it had no cheese on the outside and is mostly tortilla. Horrible, will not come back again.

  Drive thru line is the worst. They take one order at a time go around and pay and pickup before taking next order. 6 minute wait to place order at speaker

  Every time I have gone, my food has been 100% correct! Modifications are taken care of. I’ve never had to ask for extra sauce. Everyone is kind, and I never really have to wait long for any food!

  Just left and so disappointed in this places. I hadn’t eaten here in years and decided to go because it’s late and they were open. But I hate I spent $35 here because the food was horrible it was soggy, cold, old snd burnt. Never again! Wasted 25 minutes in a drive thur line for old burnt cold food that was not even edible. I didn’t even bother to post the tacos that were so soggy and disgusting looking. I wouldn’t suggest this Taco Bell to anyone and wouldn’t feed this mess to an animal. These franchises are the worse because the owners don’t go up to their businesses to even see how they are being ran. And this location is being ran into the ground. I should contact the health department to inspect because if they are handing out food like this that’s old and hard. It’s no telling what other violations is happening behind the seen.
