We came through right after the Memphis game (less than an hour before close) and the young lady behind the bar with all the tattoos was an absolute gem. Super welcoming, super patient, and gave us the best recs on drinks and food (my husband rarely strays from Coors and even he was impressed). I randomly asked for a drink I had in Vegas a couple months ago, and she legit made a better version of it on the spot. You can really tell when a staff takes pride in what they do, and the team at El Mero Taco is top tier. Shoutout to the manager Adam as well for coming by to check on us! Definitely go check them out—and hope that young lady is on shift!
