  I went in at this location, I was the only customer in the store, it took them about 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches 2 hashbrown, 2 frozen hot chocolate, and a iced coffee. Both frozen hot chocolates were watered down and nasty, the hash browns only came with 2 pieces, they had no crescents for the sandwiches, no biscuits, only got to choose from bagel or English muffin, there was a younger guy and two older people, and the younger guy had to do everything. I would never ever go back to that location, I wasted $30.

  EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail, we use the drive-thru, and get the wrong donuts, the employees don't know the difference between Bavarian cream, vanilla cream and Boston cream, so you might get whatever they grab first, I get home to find the wrong donuts every SINGLE time and have to go back and get the right ones, not only that but it also seems they sell old day donuts at times because I have received stale and hard as a rock donuts, 100% unacceptable. This is EXACTLY why places go out of business.
