She called a customer some words I can’t repeat, because they were waiting on their order and were wondering how long it will be? I mean why do you work in a service setting if you can’t handle giving good service. Always slow! Always closing early! I can keep going on. Never a smile, never a decent behavior. This franchise just needs new ownership altogether!
