This is a serious food safety concern. I am requesting a full refund. This is not the quality expected from that just opened at 11am store.

She had an attitude all because I requested to wait for fresh steak. Shakaira checked me out at the register and passed my request for fresh steak to the girl with the locs. She replied to Shakaira “he ain’t finna run me”. Shakaira looked at me and said she was just playing and we laughed it off. The girl with the locs with highlights in them stayed true to her word and had me sit for 30 minutes while she saw fresh steak come off the grill and didn’t tell the cook she had someone waiting in it. She laughed with him and watched him then cook chicken while she took more orders. She purposely had an attitude with me although we barely even spoke to each other as I primarily dealt with Shakaira and she provided a great experience. I only asked for fresh steak because it grosses me out to get the last of it as I could tell why was available was sitting and barely enough to fill my order. They were short on steak, chicken, and cheese. My request made her mad for no reason. 04/25/26 2:35pm Order #199 10100
