  Ordered a cheeseburger and small soda on delivery, when the dasher came it was the wrong order. They gave me some kind of slushie and a hot dog, when I called asking for a refund, they told me they couldn’t refund me through the app even though the other Sonic location did when I called and accidentally made a pickup order one time. They said I could come pick it up another day and when I replied saying I couldn’t, they said there was nothing else they could do about it. I wasted my money and ended up not getting my correct order. I just wanted to eat my burger in peace while watching Rupaul’s Drag Race, but unfortunately I couldn’t. Bazinga!

  Waited 30 minutes for a slushy, that ended up being half melted while Jaidyn and her other coworkers spent the entire time hopping in and out of cars and talking to a friend in their car.

  I set at sonic for 8 minutes, pushed red button 3 times and nothing. Finally after 14 minutes they took my order, 22 minutes later I still had no food so I pushed button again and asked about my order and they advised me it’s on way out and and 10 minutes later my drink and hamburger finally arrived after a total of 44 minutes. Sonic on Jackson is absolutely ridiculous Sonic on Jefferson is awesome

  Carhop had on crocs which made her slow. Waited for 20 mins and when I got my food everything was hard as a rock. Luckily I looked at my order before I left. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC!!! Go to Algood or the one on Jefferson . I definitely won't be back here!!!
