  I ordered two bacon junior cheeseburgers and both of them came without bacon. After I had told them, they took the two cheeseburgers back, and I’m 99% sure they just took the same burgers, took the cheese off, and added bacon to it (from working in restaurants I know that’s a violation). Wrapper was crumpled so they didn’t even use new wrapping either. To top it off the cheese was cold and buns were mushy from being reused. Not even worth the $12 I spent, don’t waste yours either.

  My husband and I waited almost 40 minutes last night for three chili cheese dogs and a meal for our son. We ask what’s taking so long and why our bill seemed higher than what it was supposed to be. We get met with a heavier set younger man with seemingly hostile worker that made it seem like we ordered wrong when we said we wanted three chili cheese dogs. He tried telling us the coney was only the footlong and on the menu it states the coneys are 6 and 12 inches. We just ask them at this point to cancel our order because customer service was appalling and we wasted 40 minutes of our time and have a very angry toddler. Will not be back again service over the past six months has been rapidly declining and orders are constantly wrong. Management is atrocious and the whole store definitely needs a visit from corporate or owners because it’s gotten ridiculous.

  Actually, my fries were cold, but my burger was great, and of course, the. Milkshake and drink was also great. And the little girl that waited on me, she was awesome
