  Congratulations Nate you managed to be the most careless and hateful and condescending manager I have ever met not only did you fail to show severe concern when me a pedestrian was almost hit by your papa John’s car you also preceded to inform me that your employee hanging up on me was not your problem after interrupting me when you asked what the problem was in the most sarcastic voice ever your staff is less than friendly that whole place needs to be reevaluated drug tested and cleaned out don’t waste your money if there food is like there service also to the driver slow down you make less than 15 an hour I’m sure that’s not worth my life or yours

  My sister and brother in law ordered a pizza from this establishment 03-16-26. Everything was okay until my sister bit into this pizza and was found with chewing WOOD CHIPS not one piece but several pieces of WOOD not only was it on the pizza it was mixed/under the cheese. When I called to speak to the manger I was told I was lying that it wasn’t possible for this to happen that him hisself was making the pizza he then told me to bring the wood pieces in so he could show me it was crust from the oven. I did in fact bring the wood pieces into the store and showed Nick the “manger” and I was met with rudeness and unprofessional attitude he simply just wanted to argue with me and said I now needed to bring the product (pizza) back in to show him regardless of what I showed/told him I was wrong. Pictures will be attached! So unless you want WOOD CHIPS in your pizza I suggest go somewhere else

  They will have a lobby full of people, and won’t turn around to greet you. I waited 25 minutes on a DoorDash order, and I practically had to get my friend to yell at them to get their attention. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. Your food will sit on the rack, and no one will ask if you need help.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The absolute worst service, worst management I have ever experienced. They left my kids pizza sitting on the ground…on the concrete. They never even knocked. When I called the manager said there was a sign that said to leave deliveries at the door. I Most Certainly DO NOT have a sign that says that! Papa John’s has always been my go to for pizza…..NO MORE!
