The food and service was great but the smell of the building was unique. And not in a good way. The carpet needs a very good cleaning along with the bathrooms would be a great start.

I got shrimp and steak pasta and my bf got a burger. He ordered med well with petals and got a med rare-medium without petals. Okay whatever, it’s a dollar and we work in the service industry. We get it and didn’t say anything. So he just ate his, but I was not able to eat mine at first. Shrimp came out grey and had black grease all over it. I requested it just be up cooked, no big deal. Well I heard the kitchen shit talking the fact that I sent raw shellfish back. “Hey here is that pasta. It’s the one that said it was raw when it wasn’t and made us recook the whole thing.” And a few comments were made I couldn’t quite make out. Bro be for real. Like working in the service industry I know it can be frustrating having to remake stuff or up cook stuff but that shit was raw. If you’d eat it, be my guest. I get being frustrated as well but keep it down. What’s the point in being loud enough for a customer to hear other than just being a sore jerk. Damn. Weren’t even busy and it was messed up, fix it and move on. With the price we paid and the experience we had I personally just won’t be back or recommended it to people I know.

I hope this doesn't reflect on all Outback Steakhouse's. Stopped by for a Early Dinner. Ordered prime rib It came out extremely rare and tough . They Said that they were sorry and would replace it with Deminco . But it was very flavorful and charged me the Deminco price when they didn't have any tender primer Rib

I ordered a salad with vinaigrette dressing and chicken. They brought the salad and there was no chicken. I asked where the chicken was. She went back to the kitchen and they said they would cook the chicken. I guess the server made the mistake, not a big deal, mistakes happen. I assumed they would bring chicken on a plate to add to my salad. Several minutes later the server said they were making a whole new salad and she would bring a box for it. She brought the salad, smothered in dressing. By the time I got home, the salad was mush. I pulled the chicken out and tossed the rest, it was not edible. I'll not eat there ever again.

July 4th. 5:30 pm. Walked in to a half empty restaurant. Perfect for a family of three until I watched a couple walk in with their dog which obviously some of the staff knew them. Drinks and salads for them came out quick as we sat waiting several minutes just for one salad and a cup of soup. Our server was very nice and gave us her very best. BUT the two blue shirt managers need to be retrained. How do I know they were in charge? They visited the couple more than anyone else in the place taking their salad plates and delivering their food ahead of us and another couple who came in ahead. This was way before it got busy. It was aggravating to see someone come in and eat and leave before you actually get your food. Ridiculous
