    First and foremost, I want to say that the staff was great. They try to be as helpful as possible and fulfill their role to the fullest extent they are capable. That alone is the only thing keeping this from being a one-star review. That aside, Jimmy John’s sucks. The ingredients themselves aren't outright spoiled, but they suffer from a bizarre, uniform flaw: literally every single component is just subtly drier than any food item has any right to be. I honestly don't know how they accomplish that consistency across the board—it feels almost intentional. Then you factor in the sheer economics of it: paying $12+ for a single classic menu sandwich with zero add-ons, chips, drinks, or cookies is obscene. The portion size is genuinely about half of what it should be. In totality, the sandwich is so narrow and short that opening the wrapper feels less like sitting down to a meal and more like unboxing a disappointment. Truth be told, I accidentally went here tonight because, as someone who doesn’t order out for subs often, I confused them with Jersey Mike's. Are they the culinary pinnacle? Not necessarily—but at least they don't leave you with a crushing sense of profound buyer's remorse before you’ve even taken your first bite. I should have walked out without paying the second I saw the pathetic size and state of my completely assembled sandwich getting wrapped up. At this point, I would without a doubt choose Subway over JJ’s—which is wild, because I’ve spent my entire life throwing shade at Subway. Never again, Jimmy John’s. You're lucky you have such a good crew holding down the fort because they are literally the only thing standing between you and a zero-star rating. Honestly, you'd save everyone a lot of time and money if you just went bankrupt, since you’re obviously robbing customers of any sense of fullness or satisfaction while delivering half of what a $12 price tag actually commands.

    Excellent toasted Italian sub. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the low reviews, or at least I would read them thoroughly. One lady gave a 1 star review because they didn’t cut her sandwich in half. Reviewers need to be held accountable and businesses should start fighting back.

    Paid $21.50 for a giant sub got home and was shocked at what I saw. Hardly any meat at all. All I could taste was bread.the worst sub I ever ate
