    The team here is the absolute best! They’re so friendly, they’re so high energy, and they’re so joyful that you feel like you wanna visit them more often. My wife and I absolutely love Dutch Bros, and this one, our home one, is our favorite location in the entire country. Thanks for being so awesome, gang!

    Extremely disappointing experience. The operator was incredibly unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction. I understand that people can have bad days, but there is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. The way I was spoken to made the entire experience uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. I’ve had good experiences with Dutch Bros before, which makes this interaction even more disappointing. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

    I stopped by Dutch Bros on my birthday when I wasn’t really feeling it, and Cole completely turned my day around. She made my coffee with such care and even wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ on the cup. Those small touches meant so much. She’s a ray of sunshine, warm, genuine, and she made me feel celebrated when I really needed it. Thank you, Cole, for making my birthday brighter. Not only was Cole amazing, but the drink itself was spot on. Every time I come to Dutch Bros and she’s working, she’s just as sweet, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to make customers feel valued, and she has a way of making people feel like they’re more than just another order. That’s the kind of service that keeps people coming back.
