Was told by the Manager the transaction didn’t go through and they didn’t have any of the 6 items we wanted, but the transaction didn’t go through so there was nothing to refund. Drove 30 mins home and found out the transaction DID go through and my DUNKIN card had been charged. Called the Store and talked to a different Manager who said the only thing he could do was a reorder, not a refund back to my DUNKIN card. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
