  Worst whataburger I've ever been to. Service is terrible. Every time I go I get dirty looks and almost a death stare just for walking in. Food is always wrong. I pay extra for things I add to my burgers and never get it on there. If you pay for extra sauces you might get it. Wait time is insane for a burger and fries. Overall not worth it.

  Not what I expected when people were hyping up this newly opened Restaurant. The food isn't what I expected. The buns are tough, like its hard to tear apart and chew and the burgers are smaller than a whopper lol not to mention the pricing is a bit high for the quality the food is. The only thing that's good about it is the fries and the drinks. Other than that, staff were friendly and much more cleaner than any fast food I've been too

  First time here. I know this is a newer place, so I'm trying to be nice. But... my husband and I both got the Jr. Meal, #8, since we weren't as hungry and wanted to save a couple bucks. The burger was just ok, a little too salty and the buns were kinda stale, like they'd been sitting. The fries were room temperature and not very good. We both liked the onion rings, they were hot, crispy and tasty. The apple pie was hot and tasted fine. My gripe is that when we started looking over our receipt, we noticed we were up-charged for medium fry, medium onion rings and medium drinks. We were NOT asked if we wanted bigger. The menu says Jr. Meals come with smalls, so we assumed that's what we were getting, and paying for. So, look out for those unexpected up-charges! That seems dishonest to me. We probably won't be back.

  This was my first visit to this almost brand new Whataburger in Columbia, Tennessee along route 50. It's right near route 31, so in a very easily accessible area. When I came in, it was about 2pm, and not very busy. The staff weren't all that friendly, unfortunately, because I stood there 5 minutes just watching them ignore the registers. When I ordered, I felt like it was a bore to them. The food I had looked bland but was actually very hot and tasty! I was surprised, as I was not really sure what to expect. The place is also absolutely squeaky clean and nicely presented. All in all, I wish the service was a bit better, but everything else was fine and dandy! I will definitely come back.

  I would like to rate the food here but, I never got it! I went to eat in the restaurant rather than drive through or order online. When I got in the dining room, the restaurant was almost empty, maybe three customers sitting in booths. So I ordered my food, sat down and waited for 15 minutes, walked up to the front and asked what was taking so long to get my food? The guy up front apologized and said it should be right up. I waited another 15 minutes and went back up and asked about my food. I was told they had a lot of online orders and I said OK fine but, are you just ignoring my order? Anyway, finally after 38 minutes of waiting, I went up to the front and asked for my money back. The manager came over apologized and said he’d get the food out and I said no, I don’t want it. Bottom line is, I wouldn’t go here until they figure out how to run a restaurant. Having online orders doesn’t mean you ignore orders in the restaurant. So bottom line I never got my food so I can’t tell you how the food is, but I will never go back to this restaurant ever.
