We ordered ahead and sat 10 minutes waiting to be told our food was just started. When we finally got our food it was all cold except the chicken and my cherry sundrop was nothing but carbonated water with very little cherry.
We haven't been in a while and with this type of food we won't even bother putting in the list of stuff to eat.

Just when you think this place cant sink lower. Somehow the management makes it so. This place used to be the go to hang out for a lot of friends and has been just a disaster every time. Cold food. Wrong orders. Long wait times. Inconsistent.
I went today to get a smash burger combo with large tots 2 jalapeño ranch cups and an order of mozzarella sticks with 1 marinara. I asked for 2 marinara. We got one. Whatever.
Upon checking the bag we see 1. My tots are ice cold. And the ranch isn't in the bag. I ask for it, the poor girl goes back in and then comes back out seemingly nervous to deliver a message about sauces. Apparently the poor management team at this location is demanding people pay extra for sauces even though that is not Sonics policy.
If it were you would be charged IN APP. This young worker whom doesnt deserve to have to be nervous delivering messages MANAGEMENT should be posting on their boards. She was going to go back in and ask again, which I told her "no dont worry about it" and I left.
Im quite frankly appalled the management here, instead of just giving your customers 2 extra sauces, or having it posted, or even on the app, that they would force an underpaid worker to experience possible crazy attitudes from people simply because management is being sauce dictators.
I hope that girl moves on to better places than this garage dump. I expect a refund. And I wont be back!
