  I feel like service is number one priority when it comes to a restaurant, and these people do not know the definition it seems. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, okay! That’s fine, that’s a normal wait time but then you don’t give me my straws... okay! No biggie. We make mistakes. so I press the red button to get my straws and she said “OK! I’ll be right out.” I wait 3-4 minutes not long, but longer than what I should wait for just two straws..so I press the red button again. So I ask the girl “hey I just wanted some straws all I need is 2.” Nothing.. no one says anything. Left on read. Ok… so I’ll wait a couple more minutes. (At least tell me what’s going on) It’s been like 8-10 minutes at this point. I press the red button again. It’s just straws that I’ve been missing. I can literally come to the door, like what’s taking so long for anyone to just bring me some mother loving strawssssuhhh??? This is what I’m thinking to myself. So now my food’s getting warm to cold, no longer hot, drinks are melting. I might be exaggerating, but it is that serious because you shouldn’t have forgotten my straws in the first place. So that’s what I said to her when she finally came out 10 mins later! She said “Sorry ma’am really busy.” It doesn’t matter!! I already waited for my order and then you want me to wait 10 more minutes for straws??? do better!!!!!! Anyone but you could have just brought them to me, does anyone have common sense these days?

  Always have good service with the waitresses but the food is low-key expensive, mid, and there were also roaches on the patio area; kinda gross even if it is outside.
