- JSJohn ScrogginsMay 4, 20261.0Editing to add that after three attempts to get a Agent to help me redress the ordeal i was they finally offered a code for 2 large pizzas it took 3 tries but at least they fixed it so if you get stuck with a issue keep aggravating them and hopefully they will help you the first 2 where very dismissive of my complaints I had a very frustrating experience with this order. My pickup order was not honored even though I arrived within the estimated time. I was told at the store that a larger order was prioritized over mine, which resulted in my food not being made. I contacted customer service and was again told I would need to wait 3 days for a manager response, with no immediate solution, refund, or credit offered. This is not helpful when the issue involves a missed meal and time-sensitive situation. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the store handling and the customer service response. I would appreciate faster resolution and better communication in situations like this.
