The people were nice. The service was great, and the line was short. When I got to the window to receive my food, I asked for a barbecue sauce. I was then told that it was $.25.
in the past, I’ve gone to other fast food restaurants (including mcdonalds) and they have a $.25 after they give me at least one or two sauces. I’m not sure if this is a new company policy, but they should definitely have a sign. maybe it’s this is something so small that I’m complaining about but to be fair this has literally never happened to me…especially at a mcdonald’s.
Have learned to always check everything before leaving the drive thru even though they shove the bag at you; something always wrong.
First visit to this GIGANTIC McDonald's between Spring Hill and Columbia, Tennessee along highway 31. It's deceptively huge, and is a pretty new location. Inside, they've used like, 1/5th of the entire building for the lobby/eating areas and the bathroom. It's so oddly shaped - WHAT do they do with the rest of this building?? Besides this, the place was clean and pretty quiet. There aren't any self-service options here other than the kiosk, which is a real big bummer, but I think that's a McDonald's thing. Service was average, as was the burger I purchased.
Overall, it was a decent visit, but I am perplexed by the look of this building. It's so bland on the exterior, and so little space is used on the inside.

Got parked in the drive thru for two burgers a mcchicken and two pies none of my stuff came but the pies full of a bunch of people that don’t seem to care to much
This has been a recurring problem during the last several visits to this location.
My fiancée has a severe, life-threatening dairy allergy. We specifically requested no cheese on her McDouble because even a small amount of dairy can cause a serious allergic reaction. Despite making this request, we once again received the burger with cheese on it.
This isn't simply an inconvenience or a preference—it is a serious food safety issue. If we hadn't checked the burger before she ate it, the consequences could have been extremely dangerous. Customers with allergies trust that special requests involving allergens will be taken seriously.
What makes this especially frustrating is that this has happened multiple times at this same location. We have continued to give this restaurant another chance, but the same mistake keeps happening. We shouldn't have to inspect every order out of fear that an allergy request was ignored, nor should we have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to have a basic order corrected.
We understand that mistakes happen, but when the same mistake involving a life-threatening allergen continues to occur, it points to a larger issue with training or quality control. We are asking that management address this with the staff and reinforce the importance of allergy-related requests. Someone else's family may not be as fortunate if this mistake goes unnoticed.
We are extremely disappointed and frustrated. We simply want to be able to order food from this location without worrying that a preventable mistake could put my fiancée's health at risk.
(edit) this has been my SECOND review here. thank you. stay away.
