  I spent $35 to have 1 sandwich delivered to my house. They say they deliver well i got half my sandwich and told I had to come get the other half they charged like $7 for delivery to have Uber eats deliver half of my order and I refuse to go back to this place never again

  Went into the store and ordered 2 sandwiches, one was a 3 cheese and that one was great but we also ordered a little john sandwich with no cheese and no lettuce and when we got home I opened my sandwich and all that was on it was tomato and a little bit of mayo. When we called they said the way we ordered it was confusing, even though we just sais no lettuce and cheese, then after a little back and forth they said."well come and get a new one". We were already home and miles away by then so after a little bit more back and forth we requested they take down our information so they would have a record of the issue if we ever came back. Once that was done they said next time we came in they would offer a free sandwich so we will see. The lady was nice, but other than driving all the way back for a replacement, they didn't really want to do anything else to fix the issue. If we decide to go back, we will see if they honor the free sandwich.

  Made an online order, said I was gonna pay in cash. As the cashier was handing me my change, my hand flat to get said change, her hand tilted back towards the tip jar and quarters fell in the tip jar. Got 6 cents and should have gotten back 56 cents. Manager was having to make the food alongside her employees, glared at me because one of the workers waved me over to say my food was ready. Just standing close to the counter, not near other patrons. Got a Vito, added extra stuff on app for the sub, freebies was nice. But sneaky way of getting money in the tip jar? Won't ever be paying cash again. Prolly won't ever be back.

  Being a long time Jimmy John's customer, I was thrilled one would be so close. I have ordered three times from here and am very specific about toppings and condiments - absolutely hate mayo - each time I have specified no mayo on any sandwich and each time I have had mayo on the sandwich. Be careful when ordering. I am hoping this is due to a new location and new staff. I have even gone so far as to say "only meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato". I will give them another chance.

  Would've given then 5 stars on food but they put so much oil and vinegar on my sandwich that I had to throw the bread away bc it was sopping wet.
