- KSKalel SMay 6, 20261.0Columbia you are better off directing your breakfast orders at any of the many coffee shops we have around town. Packaging is inconsistent and they’re stingy with their bags so if you get delivery your food will be left sitting on the floor for the bugs/animals/weather to get at. If they are out of items they won’t tell you or your delivery person, they’ll just give you a half made cold sandwich and waste your time and money. It sucks because their prices are better than a lot of places here, I could deal with terrible customer service if the food was consistent.

They are constantly out of the primary items to serve its customers despite the location across town rarely experiencing the same issue. It seems to be a management issue not a customer issue.

The poor person at the counter has a device to scan phones that has been hanging on by a few frayed wires for over a year. It takes them forever to get the scanner to work and it had to be stressful during the morning rush. Franchisee, get your people the equipment they need to work!
