- CMCorey McCormackAug 1, 20261.0I would like to note I have been having these ongoing issues for a year and a half since I moved here, this wasn’t a one time mistake… They NEVER look at substitutions!! Whether I order at the actual location, DoorDash, or UberEats, they never ever read the tickets and make them as ordered, they make everything exactly how it’s spelled out in their menu (if they even get that right) no matter what you request. For example, I love their Sausage egg and cheese but with White Cheddar, which is an option, and they NEVER put on white cheddar, it always comes with American, I can’t stand American cheese. My wife orders a sesame bagel, lightly toasted, with veggie cream cheese and she receives a plain bagel, not toasted, not cut, and the smallest side cup of REGULAR cream cheese for her to spread herself. It is barely enough cream cheese for one side of the bagel AND it’s supposed to come pre-spread… If you like to or need to make any type of substitutions here, don’t even bother stopping, drive on by to the next. And I don’t mean the one in Trottwood, they are just as bad if not worse. Probably have to drive to Spring Hill where people can read.

I have ordered the same drink on different occasions and it always comes out different each time. The inconsistency is honestly the only reason why I wouldn't recommend going to this location. It's a waste of your money if you don't enjoy the product you're receiving.
