- JSJessica SpeasAug 11, 20261.0Went in today with my daughter, it wasn’t real busy. I was the last one in line and the young woman seemed annoyed & rushed as if a customer was inconvenient. I’ve gotten the same order from Chipotle since the beginning of Chipotle lol. Real plain burrito, I don’t get a lot on it. So when she sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese on it and I asked for a little more she said “that’s a side charge”. I explained I’ve never been charged. She talked over me “it’s a side charge” again. I kept trying to explain it’s not enough & I’ve never been charged. And she just kept repeating herself “it’s a side charge”. So so rude. So I got the extra cheese. It was another little sprinkle she added & it was $1.60. When eating the burrito I didn’t get to any cheese until almost half way through. Took a picture cause this whole situation was so ridiculous. She had keys on her so I think she may have been the lead?

I could not keep up and I felt like I was missing tons of things. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible Which is great, but please do not rush the customers. When I had said something about it, all the girl did was throw my sauce in the bag and walked away. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve been to this location. The food is great though.
