  Today at 4:45 I went to get my family food from this location and the experience was not pleasant at all. I ordered fries and two sandwiches. One sandwich I asked for them to not put no Sauce or cheese and no bun because my son cannot eat them items. The man at the register said he would have to ask the manager if they can do it. So he came back to tell me that he can put it on a bun and give me a container and I can take it off the bun myself. So I asked to speak with the manager, when the manager came up he tried to say that he would do it this one time but they are not supposed to do it exactly since I was using a coupon. I said I have never had a problem with getting a sandwich the way I need it because my son can’t eat the other items. He said well we are not Arby’s we are Loves. This manager needs more training because he dose not understand customer service and that the customer is how you get paid. I was never rude or said nothing out of the way. This store also needs some training on how cook fried foods. They have at least 10 chicken strips staged, crinkle and curly fries and then had 15 Rectangle potatoes Staged For over 15 minutes that I know of. So when I ordered my fries, I asked for them to please make fresh fries for me, and they did but I watched them, serve this old food to several customers. They need to understand that if you would not eat it you do not serve it. If it is old then it needs to be thrown away no timer was set and if they don’t have a timer at the store should definitely invest in one. I hope that Someone that can make change reads this comment.

  No customer service at all. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my take out food while the staff were busy talking and giggling. There was a long line of customers waiting, yet there seemed to be no sense of urgency or respect for people’s time. Very disappointing experience.

  The place is extremely dirty; I wouldn't buy anything there again because, besides being dirty, it was full of flies.

  The staff was excellent. I just chose something I really wasn't impressed with. I should have went for the original sandwich.
