Connie and her team are awesome!!! Connie should be an instructor for customer service!!! I enjoy Arby's food. And, excellent customer service. Uber Eats muffled my order....accidents happen. I called being nice, she explained the mishap....like a pro. She offered no excuses. Her and her team were on point. Wow!!!! This lady should be an instructor in Las Vegas, teaching customer service....
Ordered food for dine-in including two regular beef and cheddars... both had almost no cheddar. The lady at the front couldn't see what was wrong when shown the sandwich splayed open to display the extremely small amount of cheese there. I ended up having to point it out and ask for more cheese... cheese that should have been on them in the first place. What's worse is that the food was room temperature at best (fries, fried peach roll, and the sandwiches, all of it). To top it all off the front of house was not being kept up with well at all as the dispenser for Arby's sauce was empty, the one for the horsey sauce was extremely low taking multiple pumps to fill a single little paper cup, and there were only lids for large cups present. This isn't the first bad experience I have had at this location. I've actually given many chances for them to improve before leaving a review, but today was the worst so far. As such, this will be the final visit here for me as I won't be going back again.

I was there only customer inside, with no line in the drive thru. I had a store manage take my order. Like an idiot, I drove home without opening everything and inspecting it. At home, I soon realized that what I got was not even close to what I ordered. I checkered the receipt, only to find what the store manager had rung up was 100% wrong! Yet she stood at the register and talked me through the meal I was ordering. HOW? I'm certainly not driving 30 minutes back into town during rush hour to fix it, so I ate an Arby's hamburger, which tasted exactly like what you would expect from a restaurant NOT known for its hamburgers. Always check your order!

The feller John working at the counter disrespected me and did not let me order my 9000 calorie super meal. I had to feed the boys at the farm. This is discrase to humanity because I did not receive my gallon of sauce (for the boys at the farm). My boys love to dip their hands in the sauce and feed each other with it. Also the meat tastes like dirty cardboard and slippers. I was expecting a 5 star eating experience for me and the boys but this tastes like fast food. I couldn’t read the menu. Also the cashier wouldn’t rub my back even after I offered him 2 freedom dollars(god this country 🦅🇺🇸 USA USA 🤠🐄🐴🏈🔫💪
