I was really excited when this location opened in Collierville . It’s honestly been tough to find consistently good food here—especially wings—so I had high hopes. When you first opened, I stopped in and everything was excellent. The wings were cooked perfectly, and it was some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
Since then, I’ve visited five or six times, and unfortunately, the experience has declined each time. My most recent visit was especially disappointing—the food was barely edible.
You clearly offer a great product, but the issue seems to be in the execution. There appears to be a lack of consistency in food preparation and customer service. I think with better training and oversight, this location could get back to delivering the quality it started with.
I’m sharing this because I’d really like to see this location succeed and get back to where it was when it first opened.

I was genuinely excited to see Wingstop open in the great city of Collierville, and I have placed several orders there since opening.
Last night, I placed another order and decided to try the chicken sandwiches, since we had ordered wings just two days earlier. Unfortunately, neither of us were able to eat the sandwiches. The product did not appear to be chicken based on the taste or texture, and the overall quality was very concerning.
Today, I contacted the Collierville location and spoke with two managers, including the General Manager. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, I was told, “That’s your taste, we can’t do anything about you not liking it.” I found this response dismissive and disappointing, especially when I was raising a legitimate concern about food quality.
What was even more disappointing than the food itself was the complete lack of customer care. There was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and concern.
Collierville values quality businesses that provide excellent products and service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and it has caused me to reconsider supporting the brand altogether. I sincerely hope leadership addresses both the food quality concerns and the level of customer service being provided at this store.
Grease soaked chicken tenders and overly salted ranch. Not what I expected and remembered wingstop to taste like. Extra ranch cost almost 2$
Chicken, even though I asked for well done, undercooked.

Placed an order on the Wingstop app for 3 Hot Honey wings and 3 Korean BBQ, but when I arrived, I still had to wait a few minutes even though the app said it would be ready by 5:43. When I checked my bag, I realized I had 6 Hot Honey wings instead of the mix I ordered, plus extra fries I didn’t ask for.
I took it back inside, and to their credit, the staff fixed the order quickly and got me the correct wings. Appreciate them making it right, but the mix-up and extra wait were a little frustrating. Hoping for a smoother pickup next time.
