  This particular location staff attitude is horrible. You cant ask them to remake your food if it’s wrong, you can ask or suggest anything. There is no customer service. It’s just rudeness. I really don’t see why the general manager has not addressed this issue because ever since they have opened nothing has been right and when you call and try to get your order, remade or fixed due to their issues, you are presented with an attitude or the phone hung up in your face

  There were six employees in the store, yet no one was available to take my order because they were all busy discussing some breaking news. When one employee finally came to take my order, she seemed visibly frustrated and was even rolling her eyes while speaking with me. I truly did not appreciate the service or my overall experience at this location.

  Nothing irritates me more than when I specifically request well done wings and get some mushy ooey gooey wings that I have to recook when I get home. They started off great but after my last couple of visits I won’t be returning.

  Placed a doordash pickup order was there within a few minutes of pickup time fries were cold wings were cold and bland. We ordered lemon pepper honey hot dry rub garlic parmesan and all were very terribly made

  Food was delicious, and pretty fast, about 12 minutes, cashier was very sweet and attentive, also very pretty smile! Will definitely come back to this location
