    Super inconsistent and will short you on fries or wings any chance they feel like it? Also for some reason, expect me to shout across the store the Second telling them if I’m picking up or placing and then asking my name when I’m still halfway between the door and the register

    The lady’s here are screaming and yelling about a customer right as he walked out the door. Very rude 0/10 service. She then stated to another customer that the original customer was lucky she did not spit in his food because he gave her attitude. I am astonished at the behavior of this employee and will not be back at this location.

    I ordered a takeout delivery for 10 wings and a chicken sandwich and when the order was given I opened it and noticed there were only wings. I called the wingstop and the person who picked the phone up said she packed my order personally and definitely did pack the sandwich. I told her that the sandwich wasn’t there and she said “okay you can come to the store and pick it up”, and due to a knee injury I could not drive. Which is why I ordered takeout in the first place. I lost money and was not reimbursed. Overall not a good experience. I hope these mistakes are rectified in the future.

    Staff was professional and greeted me upon arrival, food was ready for pickup promptly. Corporate please adjust the a/c for this place. It’s very warm for customers and workers inside.

    Honestly pls don't waste your money coming to this location, went here the other day and the cashier was honestly really rude and when I wanted to make a change to my order and went back to the counter she walked away and went into the kitchen and was talking to other people which I thought was really rude considering she saw me walking up to the counter and on top of that they gave me the wrong flavor tenders and they were so hard I thought I was gonna break a tooth eating it
