Customer service skills needed form both managers and front staff. Took 5 minutes to be asked why i was at front and 30 minutes to get my food because they did not know what to do go check a mobile order in and check in did not happen. I would give 0 stars if i could.

She's manager of a national chain and has to deal with these machines daily . She was explaining it was mostly carbon and they said that the drinks were all the same and to deal with it
