  Love Sonic's food as kish as that is. Fast food is not healthy, but Sonic always makes it taste better .

  The good: It was easy to place the order on the app, I didn't wait long once I got to the location and the employee that brought out the food was polite and professional. The not great: I've never had such an overcooked corn dog. It was clearly left in the fryer too long as it was quite dark with parts of the breading very difficult to bite through. I love Sonic corndogs and have never seen this before. The other: This is my first experience with this location and I didn 't realize two things. First I couldn't "check in" on the app like every other sonic I've been to where I just type in the stall # and it recognizes me. Second, they have a specific mobile order stall, which is #2. I didn't see it until I drove around the building and was leaving. It could have been a fluke with the overdone corn dogs, but I just stopped there for convenience and probably won't go back to check.

  Terrible customer service. My receipt clearly shows all the sauces I added to my order, but they decided to be lazy and only gave me one. When I asked for the other two that were missing, they told me I’d have to pay for them. Umm excuse me but I don't think customer should be charged twice because the order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. Very disappointing.

  I love this location! The management staff is awesome! Jenesis and Sarah have the best personalities and are very professional and courteous. I drive from Hacks Cross to Collierville to this location. Food is always hot and fresh 😋
