  I used to love this location. I don't know what's happened but I will not go back. On September 12th I placed a mobile order. I've never had an issue with this location so I didn't check my bag (my fault) but I get home and I did not have my chicken strips. I literally attempted to call from the time I left my house to the time I got back and no answer (approx 10 mins). I return, call, explain what happened, and was told it would be right out. During my 15 mins wait, I noticed one of the employees getting into it with another customer, yelled something to the effect of "I'm not fkng ignoring you" and walked back in. I don't know if this location was just having an all around bad day but that's not how you treat customers. After calling back a second time I finally got my food. If I want Sonic, I'll drive to hwy 72 from now on.

  I had a mobile order for mozzarella sticks and a drink.My order was clicked off and scanned saying it was on the way out. Three minutes pass I call to check on my food.A man answered and told me it should be out shortly. The carhop comes to my car with an attitude. I asked her one second while I make sure I have my sauces. I call asking for the sauces she comes back with one. I told her I asked for 2. She said smalls and mediums come with one. I used to work at sonic and you'd get 1 with smalls and 2 with mediums. However, I don't care about paying for the sauces I don't mind paying for what I want. It was the attitude that came with it. So I asked to speak with a manager, and she goes inside. Instead of her manager coming out she sent a coworker with the extra sauce. However, that's not what I asked for. The manager came out and I told her about this situation and I also returned the food and I'm also leaving this review. Deleted my review but my experience matters too.
