Young lady at the pick up window is making drinks, taking orders and passing out pick up orders smh. But drive through has 5 people. I use the mobile app and my drink is never ready on time. Always have to wait additional 10 minutes. I've asked to speak to a manager or leadership but no one is ever there. You can't request a refund through the app you have to email customer service so be mindful when using the app.

There was one girl today and a long line. I was already a bit annoyed at the wait and needed to get going so I ordered a lite ice peach black tea. Easy, fast and I’ll be going. what a mistake. $3.75 I’ll never get back. It was very watered down and had barely a hint of peach flavor. Took two sips and couldn’t anymore. Terrible. I won’t be back.

I decided to try pickup this morning. The app told me ready at 8:14. I waited for 15 minutes past that time and still no order. I asked them to cancel it. They did. No apology or any type of care about it by the girl at the window. There were at least 10 people waiting. It’s unacceptable.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
