Zach was an excellent waiter! He was very personable, friendly, and attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal. His warm personality and professional service really made our experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we would definitely ask for Zach again!

Izabel Q was my waitress & she definitely earned a 5 star review! She has a great attitude, pays attention to detail & made sure my order was correct thoroughly. If she wasn’t serving me then I wouldn’t have given a positive review.

Stopped by Carrabba’s during Happy Hour and had the Blood Orange Margarita along with the new Lasagna Dip both were delicious! 😋🍹 The lasagna dip was definitely a hit and something I’d order again. Kristi was my bartender, and she was wonderful! Great drinks, great service, and an overall enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I arrived at 7:30pm and sat at the bar. It was about 15 minutes before I was greeted by the bartender that was talking to a couple of her friends at the end of the bar. Finally, she asked if she could get me something to drink and I ordered an unsweet tea with lemon and Sweet and Low she turned to walk away so I asked if I could have a menu because I was going to order dinner. She asked if it was going to be too and I told her that I planned on dining in. She put down a menu in front of me that I watched her take off the bar a few seats down covered in something sticky which I can only assume was the previous guest's spilled drink and just stood there staring at me waiting for me to order. I quickly decided on all my courses and ordered asking for bread. She entered the order and proceeded to check out a couple of other guests at the bar. She then goes to leaves the bar area where her friends ask for more bread. While she is gone, about 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered my tea, the tea arrives with every sweetener but Sweet and Low. At this point I had been sitting at the bar for about 30 minutes whe she returns with 2 baskets of bread for her friends at the end of the bar and walks over to me in a very curt matter of fact tone, "We outta bread". I almost got up at that point but by now it was several minutes past 8:00 and having worked in the service industry for over 15 years, a known courtesy is to not arrive within 30 to 45 minutes of an establishment closing. So, I bit my lip and decided to make the best of it. 10 minutes later, 30+ minutes after placing my order, the manager comes up to me at the bar and states, "Sorry, but we're out of the Soffrito appetizer" and just started to walk away. At this point I got her attention and told her to cancel the rest of my meal and left the establishment. All I wanted tonight was a nice meal after a very long and stressful day. I have not eaten at all and was starving but have completely lost my appetite as well. I would have gone to a different restaurant but it is Sunday and anywhere decent closes at 9:00. As stated before I do not walk into a restaurant to sit down for dinner 30 minutes before close and the only other option was fast food. This was one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Absolutely every single point of service was performed incorrectly and without a shred of care.. just a deal with it attitude, even from the manager. I would have received better service dining in at Fazzolis, which is a drive-thru. 0/10 - Bar - Disgusting. Covered in spilled drinks from previous customers. 0/10 - Bartender - 0 idea what service actually is. More concerned with chatting it up with her friends at the end of the bar than doing her job. Serving her friends, that had empty dinner plates in front of them, more bread but for me they were "all outta bread". Dirty plates across the entire bar that had been there since I arrived until I left. ?/10 - Food - How the hell would I know, appearantly they didn't have any! The sad thing is, I used to love this place. I ate there regularly and brought clients to lunch on business. I took my family to eat dinner there more times over the years than I can remember. I even brought my daughters entire AAU basketball team there for dinner one night to celebrate. However, none of those things will happen again, ever. What I will do is make sure that every conversation about how bad service has gotten since Covid ended that I am involved in, Carrabba's will be my example.
