  Gave them a 3 because my Sea Bass wasn't done. My mouth was dying to taste some. Overrated and Overpriced.

  The food is great the service needs Improvement we ordered a chicken wing appetizer and our entree but the waitress brought our food out before we could even start eating our appetizer I had to send our food back so we could eat our appetizer other than that everything else was great

  We were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary so I convienced my wife to try Bonefish since we have had nothing but good experiences at the Cordova location before it closed down. We were glad to see that there was not a lot of people inside and was seated right away. It took a long time to place our order but we were patience. Once the food came thats where things got really bad the Bang Bang shrimp had something like a sliver of plastic in it that noticed while chewing the food so I brought it to the attention of the server who I assumed notified the manager a lady who came to our table to appologize. She replaced the order of shrimp that eventually came right before we were ready to leave and the person that brought the replacement shrimp to our table also appologize. The rest of the food for us was not up to the standards we have experienced at Bonefish in the past, my steak was overcooked even for well done my wife hardly ate her chicken that she claimed was not good either. Also our server appologize for the slow service after we paid our bill stating at one point during our visit he was the only server there for the whole building. We won't be going back to Bonefish in the future after being a good customer for years.

  Five stars for the food, and five stars for our server, KJ! We came in with a large group, and KJ handled it like an absolute pro. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and gave us fantastic recommendations based on what we like. He even took the time to repeat everyone's order back to us to ensure everything was perfectly accurate. The food and drinks were delicious across the board. We will definitely be back!"

  This visit wasn't as good for us. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. Our server Tyler was a bit slow and not as attentive. It could have been he had more tables than he could handle. After bringing our drinks he asked if we wanted bread . About 10 minutes later we had to ask him about the bread. Other servers were helping bring his food items to his tables. Another table had to send her food back because it was cold. I don't think he checks the kitchen for completed food enough. To add , my daughter's fish was blackened and there was no mention of the fish being blackened. So her food had to be returned. My Parmesan grilled trout needed seasoning. It was supposed to have basil and artichokes. It had the artichokes but there was no basil and no salt. Very bland. My Caesar salad was heavy in dressing which they put in. I would suggest you order your dressing to the side. My sister's macaroni and cheese was not tasteful. To top it off I had the Mango creme brulee. The whipped cream/creme fraiche they put on top was spoiled. When told to the staff, they apologized and went to fix another one for us. Then the dessert was removed from our table and it was stated that the cream looked like it didn't sit well. It won't sit well if it's spoiled. It was also stated that the person who made the cream claimed she made it that day. Perhaps the milk was already spoiled but it doesn't matter. It needs to be thrown out if it's bad. Tyler returned and said they were working on our dessert. About 10 minutes later he returned and stated the manager advised him to take the dessert off of our bill, which he did. Meanwhile we were still waiting on our dessert. Unfortunately, after we paid our bill, Tyler never returned to us. Frankly, we were tired of waiting for our dessert and just left. We came at 3pm, so it wasn't crowded when we arrived. We were very disappointed and it wasn't a highlighted birthday meal for my daughter.
