  Very rude people working here. Screaming at customers is not good business. Not friendly at all!

  I hadn't been to an Arby's in TN. I remembered it was always memorable and I loved it. This was dry and almost too salty to eat. So much so that I don't think that I will need to revisit them

  I had an excellent experience at this Arby’s. I came through the drive-thru, and the attendant was exceptionally kind and professional. She made the entire visit enjoyable, and I would absolutely return to this location because of her service. She truly deserves recognition—and a raise. Her name on my receipt was Trinika. Thank you

  When I’m picking my food up and ask for some onions on the side I (the customer) do not and shouldn’t hear your cooks telling the cashier no and for them to tell the customer there is a Kroger 4 or 5 minutes down the road. How rude. It was the only one in there with his pants hanging down
