Stopped for first time today and overall not that great an experience. Ordering process was a little slow as there 4 people in front of us. It was 1:30 in the afternoon so we thought it wouldn’t be too long a wait but it was. We waited exactly 25 minutes for our food. I got the Smashburger and my husband got the Chowburger. We were told the Chowburger takes longer because it’s thicker. I think it was more of the fact they appeared to only have one person cooking. The food was tasty but the meat didn’t seem that seasoned. The fries were crispy and good. What made us the most uncomfortable about this whole experience was how cold it was in the restaurant. The air conditioning was blasting from the vents and the ceiling fans were spinning overhead. There was literally a cold breeze everywhere in the restaurant. I even saw a teenage girl go get a sweatshirt from her car to put on. Another couple we saw move booths several times looking for a warmer place. The windows were thick with condensation due to the difference in temperature inside to outside. The inside ambiance basically was not nice. I’m thinking we probably won’t be back that often based on our initial experience here.

Waited over 40 mins for my cheese steak calzone without mushrooms and when I went to eat it it had mushrooms on it and could not eat it. I just don't like mushrooms but this could have been dangerous if I had an allergy. Also was going to eat in but with it taking so long to get the food had to take it to go or i would have sent it back.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while out and about. Was going to dine in but it took 42 minutes to receive our food. People who order after us got their food quickly and a couple had been waiting when we ordered and were still waiting when we left. We had to take our food to go because of plans. Food was good but cold by the time we were able to eat.

A bit on the pricier side for what you get, but the portion sizes are pretty big. This used to be the Fat Boys Roadside Eats, and the unpleasant chemical/cleaner smell of that place still lingers here. Decor has been updated, with better seating and the tackiness of the kid's finger paints all over the walls has been painted over. Looks like they're in a soft open at the time of this writing, as the giant TV hanging above the eating area isn't connected, and there's a good size hole in the drywall behind the registers with unexposed wires visible. Service speed could be a bit faster, but they looked like they had a lot of customers when I arrived, and the food is overall worth it. Hopeful that they can pave their parking lot soon as when it rains, there are many large puddles and general flooding near and in the overflow lot. Had the fried chicken sandwich, which is very large, and the fries were just OK (needed 20 - 30 seconds longer in the fryer). Overall good experience. The biggest improvement they could do is get that chemical smell out of there, but the food is good and I'll be back to try some other items.

My first time visiting. Wanted to check it out before bringing my husband. I ordered the Reuben with regular fries. Then went next door to check out the new coffee place while they put my order together. I was back in about 15 min and the order was already packaged for me to take to go. So probably only took about 10 min. Counter lady super friendly even though she was also waiting tables at lunch time. They might’ve been a little short staffed but service was still excellent and owner was very personable. Can’t wait to try pizza and was it cinnamon rolls I saw in a turntable case? Owner says he makes them from scratch. My Rueben was very tasty and bread had generous buttering. Fries were what I would consider steak fries, not your typical skinny frie. The dining area was clean and spacious. Very welcoming. Lots of natural light in dining area but not blinding. Plenty of parking. I would like to try pizza next. They are up and running for that now. Some of reviews I saw were done as business was getting on its feet, it appears. Music was a little loud. Some areas of restaurant are warmer than others, but there was options away from big windows that were cooler. One of the staff was kind enough to share that with me as I made my decision to stay or do take out. Although I chose to do take out I did walk the dining area and found this to be true.
