  I’ve frequented the McDonald's location off North Charles G. Seivers Blvd during late-night hours on my lunch breaks, and it’s become very noticeable that the staff is struggling to keep up with the volume of orders. The employees honestly seem to be doing the best they can with what they have, but the location appears severely understaffed or poorly managed during the night shift. Wait times are consistently long, orders fall behind, and the atmosphere and customer service suffer because the crew is overwhelmed. This doesn’t come across as lazy employees it feels more like a management and operational issue that needs attention from upper management or the GM. Either the store needs stronger leadership, better staffing, or a reevaluation of how the night shift is being run. I genuinely feel bad for the workers because they seem stressed and unable to keep up no matter how hard they try. I hope corporate or district leadership steps in to help improve conditions for both employees and customers.

  I work near this location and decided to eat there on lunch. I ordered one McChicken on the app and did curbside pickup. Tell me why I waited 20 minutes on ONE thing. I had to go in and request the food. NO ONE offered to make the food. The drivethru boy decided to go back and make it himself. There went my whole lunch. Didn't even get it eat it. I will not be back at this location for a while.
