  Food was cold and gross and possibly gave me food poisoning. Used to be an upper class fast food restaurant but prices keep rising and food gets worse and it's not all the employees fault the corporation chooses to use low grade meat and ingredients.

  Added a large milkshake to my combo meal for an uncharted. Almost 10 minutes of waiting later they informed my wife they did not have the milkshake I ordered and gave her a regular cup for a fountain drink without any kind of refund. I went to the counter for the refund and the manager yelled at me to not raise my voice, which I had not, then proceeded to give me 2 dollars out of a random employees pocket instead of typing the refund into the register to give me a correct refund. Manager was rude, hostile, and extremely unprofessional.

  My husband Moses spends a great deal of time at the drive thru at this location.. some of the ladies know him by name!! He called me frantically from the drive thru as we both realized he forgot his debit card at home!!! Before he even turned around to come home those kind ladies took care of my poor husband... it's so nice to be taken care of like that on occasion... service work is hard most days and I am grateful for the thoughtful crew that helped us out today ... you are appreciated!! Thank you very much!!

  Were not told until we paid for our meals " sorry our ice machine has been broken since this morning "!!! Drinks were flat having been apparently placed in some sort of cooler" pre made" food was absolutely inedible, cold is the word,completely disgusting, do better Arby's, we won't be back
