Gotta be the best taco bell I've ever been to. Don't understand all the bad reviews because I never have a bad experience here. I only come during lunch time though so maybe that crew is just superior to the others? you fellas on the weekday lunch crew rock imo! If wasn't for yall I wouldn't eat taco bell at all. 😉

10/10 dont recommend - zero stars .. store smells like dirty mop water , manager is overall rude to customers and even more rude to door dash drivers and other “ to go “ drivers, I over heard her tell a dasher to learn to read and to read his map … told them they were stealing .. she does not need to be in customer service or any job that works with the public, maybe come back down to earth
Ordered a dirty zero sugar baja blast via mobile, came to this location and they didn't have it, they told me they had no clue how to refund me since it was paid for in the app to just message customer service on the app, which i have and ive gotten no reply back, so I didn't receive the product I ordered or a refund
Be so serious. Not only did my crunchy taco come out like this, I added rice and beans to my crunchwrap and got no rice OR beef. (Google wont let me add pictures. Interesting. Literally half of the taco was empty, the rest had an amount of ground beef and cheese the size of two quarters.) I accidentally ordered from this location and won’t make that mistake again. (Also, had to wait after having placed my order almost 20 minutes in advance.) I don’t expect 5 star food or service from taco bell but this was wild. Be so forreal.

I work for doordash and I always have such a positive experience during the day when the main manager is there they are always fast and so helpful, but tonight at 12:00 a.m. I came to pick up an order and this was the first time that I've had to use the drive-thru I went around to the window because the order said that it was ready online so I drove around the cars and went to the window to ask for the pickup and he told me that I had to go back around and wait behind seven cars which is pretty ridiculous considering that would mean I have to wait for their orders to be ordered wait for it to be cooked and prepared when all I am doing is just simply picking up an order and going on my way. I understand that there is a line it's not like I was cutting so that I could order my food first or something I was literally just picking up a doordash order that was supposedly ready but instead I had to wait an extra 20 minutes behind other people causing me to be late on doordash and for the other order in my car to get cold and got me a bad rating. That is absolutely ridiculous customer service you would think that you would be smart enough to understand that I am just picking up and not ordering myself
