  Went to this location on 9/5 around 8:30pm went through the drive thru got greeted immediately then.. sat there in silence for almost 20 mins with no other interaction, so I just drove off, so yeah Welcome To Cleveland,TN food scene everyone where’s it’s always 60/40

  I ordered breakfast burritos with extra sausage and they seemed to just fold the tortilla in on itself to make it shorter and fatter. The iced vanilla cold brew tasted like sweetened water. AVOID this Sonic!

  I ordered a milkshake from the app and got there around 10ish and after about 35 minutes and 3 button pushes with no response- just silence. I eventually pulled out and went to the drive thru where I was 2nd person in line. Me and the person before me in line waited at the speaker for about 10-15 minutes where we got no response from an employee. I then called the store where they let me know that they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed but what I don’t really understand is no explanation at the speaker. Me and the person ahead of me just pulled up the window where we had to get an employee’s attention and finally get our orders around 11:05. I wouldn’t have waited so long if I hadn’t already paid for my treat. No hate to the employees especially the younger ones but it was very inconvenient for me and the other people who I watched wait for a while without getting a response and then leave.
