  Complaint filed regarding a double charge on my bank card. I spoke with customer service seven days ago and was told I would receive a response shortly, but I have not heard anything back. The issue occurred at 390 Stuart Road restaurant when I paid for my order with my bank card at the stall. The server delivered the food & informed me the initial payment did not go through. She took my card inside the building and returned with a receipt, but I have since discovered that I was charged twice for the transaction. initially did not leave a tip on the first attempt as I intended to use spare change. Given the server's attitude at the time, I am concerned this double charge may have been deliberate. Ordered 2 drinks & corn dogs, both corn dogs were burnt.

  Go elsewhere before you go to this place, the manager who caused himself shocker that it would be OK that when you’re placing a drive-through order, you have to repeat it over six times. That’s called training and employee by the way. Apart from that that they charge you for an extra drink that you even see on the board and tell them that that’s not right to please take it off. It’s OK also. They don’t give you the receipt because the machine has been broken and according to him, no one has had the time to fix it. That means they charge whatever they want because you don’t get to see it to begin with. The headphones have also been broken, but no one has replaced them was the excuse and that’s why you have to repeat the order 1 million times. What a horrible experience, if you can’t make it in the drive-through easily, they should just replace it for someone who can handle the drive-through better.

  The first time I almost drove away after ordering. 1 ice tea and hot dog. Took 45 mins to deliver. Other customers were pissed too.

  If I could I would give it a 0, the service was awful, every person here looks like they live in their parents basement, and it took an HOUR and twenty minutes to get our drinks…. Worst place I’ve ever been to don’t ever come here

  I ordered the breakfast burrito and tots. The burrito was half the size it is supposed to be, and had a funky taste at the end. It's mostly just a bunched up wrap, very little inside. The last tot I chewed tasted like dirt. I spit it out. I can see why I was the only customer at the store. I hope I don't end up with food poisoning. Never again would I ever consider coming here.
