  Block off the stalls that aren't working!! Didn't order ahead this time because I needed to pay with cash. Went to the restaurant and pulled into a stall. Screen/menu wasn't working. Backed out and pulled into another stall. Screen seemed to be working so I pressed the red button. Screen said red button activated. After a few minutes, without ever speaking to anyone, the screen switched back to the main screen. Thought maybe something was wrong with it, so I backed out and pulled into a 3rd stall. Mind you, I had to wait for another vehicle to back out of their stall and also move to another stall. Can only assume their original stall wasn't working either. So here I am on my 3rd stall and guess what... It wasn't working. I left, and drove 15 min across town to Dairy Queen instead. Was in and out of there in about 4 minutes. I'll just make the trip across town to Dairy Queen for ice cream from now on

  Ordered 2 drinks, but took almost 20 mins to get the drinks. Have cash and server said she would be right back, which she did not. Left without getting any change because it was taking forever. We won't be going back to that sonic.

  I sat there 25 min at night trying to order food and no one answer I pressed the button twice. No one was there but me.

  I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. IF YOU WANT TO EAT HUMAN SLOP BURGERS THEN GO HERE. I ordered 2 meals and after waiting 25 minutes the waiter arrived with my food and said sorry for the wait. Didn't think anything about it and once I opened my bag up to eat some fries they were ice cold. I then proceeded to throw them away as I'm not eating disgusting old fries. I then went to eat my sandwich and both double burgers were barely warm. THEY SHOULD FIRE ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE. I Will NEVER be going back there again. WORST $22 i HAVE EVER SPENT .
