  This is the slowest restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life💯! Im a door dasher, and ive had several orders for this sonic, and every time I am waiting in excess of 30 minutes, or longer for an order. Its gotten to the point where if I get an order for this sonic, that I decline the order every time. Last night was the final straw though. I got an order to pick up 1 drink, so I thought surely it wont take that long for 1 drink... WRONG! I waited for 45 minutes for 1 drink. When I got there I pushed the button told them the name of my door dash order. Then I watched the screen where it shows "preparing" switch to "on the way" then back to the original screen. I clicked the button again after 10 minutes after the screen said it was on the way, and the lady told me not to push the button if I had already placed my order. Finally after 45 minutes after i arrived I finally got the 1 drink for my door dash order. I proceeded to ask the waitress why the screen on the kiosk showed my order was on the way 40 minutes ago when it never was and she replied "we complete the order on our end to keep our numbers good". I was infuriated, but I kept my anger to myself. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER accept an order from this sonic EVER again!💯 and if you are reading this thinking about going to this sonic, dont. I recommend going to another restaurant unless you have time to spare because you will be waiting a long time!

  This is the absolute SLOWEST fast food/drink place I’ve ever been to. DO NOT ORDER FOOD. You will wait an hour for a hot dog and tots. DO NOT ORDER DRINKS you will wait 30 minutes for two sodas. DO NOT COME HERE you will save time driving across town to the other one. HORRIBLE.

  I never leave bad reviews but this place needs help. The good, you got some good kids working that are not rude and not standing around lazy, food was cooked well, hot and fresh. The bad; how many times can you mess up on one order. I placed a mobile and at least five things went wrong: 1. They totally forgot my sons corn dog 2. When I went inside they said 5 mins on a corn dog they would bring it to me, 15 mins later I went back in and waited. For it, we were at the restaurant for nearly an hour total. 3. Cherry limeade no lime, no fruit. I even added and paid for extra fruit on the app. 4. Picked ketchup on the app for both tots, no ketchup. Asked when the girl brought it and she said it’s in the bag… none. 5. Said no onions or tomato on burger add mustard. It had onions and mayo, no ketchup, mustard or lettuce and the wrong cheese… A lot of this I can overlook it’s just nit pick like it happens but 5 strikes on one order is pretty terrible, get these kids some help or we won’t be stopping in here anymore.

  Just don’t understand how every single time we come our order gets lost or somehow doesn’t make it to the kitchen (even if we use the app) We sat and waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and an order of tots. When we hit the button again to check on our order the girl said they were backed up in there (there was only about 10 cars in all the stalls?) but we saw several other cars that got there after us get fairly large orders taken to them.
