  Mother’s Day and the dining room was empty. They brought menus and immediately wanted to take our order but we were deciding as we had literally just sit down. We didn’t place our order, waitress didn’t even take our drink order. So to avoid further frustration we just left.

  Ordered 2 pies. And they were wonderful. Supreme and garlic chicken with hot sauce.

  I really wish the manager would stop trying to get me to tip when I am doing carry-out. I pick up the pizza so I don't have to tip. I picked up from the drive-thru and paid with card. I hand her my card and pay -- then it's "Oh the machine is asking do you want to leave a tip." No I don't want to leave a tip, that's why I came and picked up the pizza myself. Just hand my food already. So the next time I went in, instead of the drive-thru. Now after paying it's asking for a tip. Tip? Tip for what? They're getting paid to perform the job -- I'm doing carry out, it's not like anybody is waiting on me. Dominos got rid of their tip screen for carry-outs, it's a shame this Pizza Hut can't keep up.

  Sat in the drive thru while multiple employees walked past me. Waited over 20 minutes sitting there at the window. No one came to help me. Update an employee finally came to the window after I rolled over the bell twice and begin screaming at me saying that she had already heard me and that she is busy when I tried to explain that I’ve been there for 20 minutes she yelled back at me and said what’s the name and then proceeded to shove my food at me

  We ordered two large pizzas online. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the drive-thru window and had to wait 12 minites with no employees coming to the window at all. I called the store line, no answer. Finally had to gp inside. We ordered a deep dish, light sauce and cheese, onions, mushrooms and pepperoni. We got a pizza with heavy sauce and heavy on the cheese and sausage. Every time we order from this store, the order gets messed up. This really needs to be fixed. We had ticket #92 on 4/11/26.
