  When I entered it was slow. I only saw one person and they were cleaning. I stood at the counter for five or more minutes before anyone acknowledged me! I think that is crazy. Most places say hi when you walk in.... It just felt weird.

  The gentleman named Jordan at the front who took our order was very nice when he took our order! We got our Giant order of 3 large pizzas, wings, breadsticks and ciniminis in under 20 mins!

  Very friendly staff. My order was delayed but she was very quick to get it made and in the oven quickly was very friendly and apologetic.

  I was excited to get their new throwback menu deal of $3.00 personal pan pizzas, but was very disappointed when I called to place the order and was greeted by some random offshore answering service that proceeded to try and take my order and charge me almost $30.00 for something that's only supposed to be $9.90. I asked him why they were not the advertised price and he had no clue what I was talking about. He barely spoke legible English. I finally realized that they were not even at the pizza hut. So I had to ask to be transferred. I complained about it to the employees at pizza hut, and they just brushed it off casually, and said, "oh yeah, that's our answering service-They're not aware of specials and promotions." If someone is answering the phone for a company and taking orders for them, then the number one thing they should know is the specials and promotions. This whole situation is completely absurd to me. My husband worked there 10 years ago and this was not the case back then. So within the last decade, something has gone terribly wrong.
