  I waited 20 mins on my food for it to literally be sitting on the counter. The bathrooms were terrible.

  New construction makes the drive thru safer. Cashier was 5 star, server ignored us and just thrust the bag out the window.

  Went through drive thru ordered 2.medium drinks. Accidently Drive up to 2nd drive thru window skipping first window. Was talking and not paying attention. Get to window girl just stands there and doesn't acknowledge me at all. I wave my money at her and she opens window and screams at me your suppose to pay at the first window takes money slams window. Then stands there yelling I guess at manager maybe. This went on for about 45 seconds. I was so upset I just left at that point 4.00 wasn't worth the treatment I was getting. I know there are cameras and I hope someone high up sees this behavior. Totally unacceptable. I will never come back to this McDonalds again and all this over 4.00 Drinks. I was made to feel like because I accidentally skipped the window , I should be treated this way. I see the standard held for hiring here, the bar isn't set high at all.
