  An order of large fries and coke. Fries were hot and good and fast service.

  My mom ordered us some food and they had not given me. My fries. Got me the wrong drink didn’t give my mom the right meal at all and it was terrible.

  The food was actually good & tasted freshly made. We ordered from the kiosk (only 2 of the 4 screens were working & there was no workers to be seen up front when we came in). The lobby looked unattended. There was trash on several tables, the floor, and the drink counter (there was more than I was able to get photos of). There was soda syrup residue on the back of the soda dispenser as well as down the wands that touch the cups and it was piled up with ice and more trash. The floor needed swept & mopped (it was so sticky my feet stuck everytime I walked). There were 2 wet floor signs out but it obviously hadn't been mopped recently. I thought they were just short staffed because they also weren't doing table service at this time. However I saw at least 4 employees during my time there (1 actually running food outside and giving out lobby orders, 1 looked like they were on break, 2 came out together with 1 on the phone and going towards the back of the lobby and 1 going outside).

  Food is good but every time I'm here and order a basket of fries they lie to me. And tell me they don't have it. It would be fine if this happens 1-3 times but not gonna lie to you month after month I come back look I would be fine with it if I got a refund for it or something but the replacement which is two mediums in not "the equivalent" to a basket of fries.
