  So they are running a special on $5.99 sam which. But it’s a trick and they charge you full price for it. For 30 more cents could just get a club. This is crazy to me. Second thing worst bread I have ever had from Jimmy John’s. I guess when you fail you fail.

  Order was wrong. They forgot my cheese and hot peppers. Sandwich was basically nothing but bread

  Waited thirty mins to get my food. Ordered online for pick up. They were busy which I understand but having ordered online, my food should have been ready before everyone in the drive thru when I arrived (because they hadn't ordered yet) and the people ordering when I got there. BUT it should have at least been ready before those who ordered after I announced my arrival for pick up. I told two workers my name. I was told by the first worker that mine was being made, and ten mins later I was still waiting. Then a second guy asked what I needed. I told him I was there waiting for my pickup order. He closed the window, turned and talked to the other workers on the line and magically I got my food two or three mins later. I arrived when there were six cars at the drive thru and three guys ordering before I got the chance to tell them that I was there for my food. There was another guy who ordered after I talked to the first worker (the one who assured me it was being made "right now") and he also got his food before me. Make that make sense... I was the last person to receive food. I only received my food when everyone else had left…. I opted for Jimmy Johns because it was right next to my doctor's appointment. Next time I'll drive across town to Jersey Mike's...

  This is the second time in a row it has taken over an hour and a half to have a delivery made from less than 5 miles away. Won't answer the phone. This was the last time... Update...delivery took 2 hours and 5 minutes and the order was incomplete.

  If I could give negative stars I would. The cheapest place to get a sandwich from and the rudest workers that hate being there and you’re only a burden to them for them to actually have to do their job. Don’t get the $8.99 meal with the pickle because then that will be your side and you don’t get the chips as your side. They also don’t tell you that and are nasty and rude when you ask why you didn’t get your chips with your meal just to tell you that your side was the PICKLE and that’s all you get as the free side is a lousy pickle! Ridiculously cheap!!! Jimmy John’s do better! I will not be back.
