I placed my order at 5:30 and it said it would take about an hour to get here, so I went on with my day then two hours later when the pizza was still not here i tried calling them, no answer. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of them to cancel the order but couldn’t. Then after 3 hours of waiting i checked my phone again and it said my order was cancelled. This was very frustrating to me and I wish the app would be more accurate on time because I would have never placed the paced the order in the first place if I would’ve known they didn’t have the staffing to fulfill my order. All around frustrating experience for me and will not be going back to domino’s for the foreseeable future.

When they received the order it just showed light onions. The manager showed me what they got. I figured I had to take it since it must have been my error, but the manager kindly said they would remake it. And they did it in under 10 minutes. Such great customer service! I really appreciated them doing that for me. The pizzas were delicious too!
