- TJTodd Jenkins4 days ago5.0My daughter and I were on our way home from a work/vacation on Friday 7-3-26 and we had been in the car all day, so we stopped at the Chick-fil-A off exit 27 in Cleveland. I was not in a very pleasant mood from the long ride in the car, so after I had ordered our food and we were pulling up to the drive thru window to get our food my 8yr old daughter decided that she wanted Mac & Cheese instead of fries that I had ordered, the young gentleman working at the window (he had blonde hair and was probably 17 or 18 yrs old) heard me telling my daughter that it was most likely to late to change the order, he told us that it would not be a problem and was very polite and helpful. He asked us to pull forward cause a part of our order (a 30 piece nuggets) wasn't ready yet, even though I think it was because I or rather my daughter had changed her order. Our wait wasn't even a minute and when he brought us our food he had added a cookie for free and apologized for our wait. I wish I had gotten his name, because I would like to personally think him for going above and beyond his job duties. So to the young blonde haired gentleman working the drive thru window last Friday "Think you so much"

They go with their mom a lot but this was my first time going. The food was great! I absolutely loved my chicken salad and the kids scarfed their food down fast. Service was quick and pricing was good especially for the price. A great value for sure. We dined inside and the place was very clean. The employees were on it. As soon as someone left they would clean the area immediately. But my main reason for leaving this review. We had a very nice lady (who at first didn't know she was an employee) helping us and then we found out that she was the owner. I love seeing an owner of a company who helps the employees and leads by example. She is a very sweet lady and made our experience great. A great restaurant is not just good food. It's great food, great atmosphere and a great overall experience. This location had it all! Kudos 👏
