  These were the kindest, most professional people I have encountered in the restaurant industry in a long time. They gave excellent recommendations and were genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Excellent job!

  Im a big fan of this place. First time trying it here in Cleveland and how nice it is that we now have another option for fresh food. The place is very clean even by my picky standards and the staff is very knowledgeable about what is offered. Met the manager Justin and told him what a nice place it was and how great his team treated me and my daughter. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon.

  The staff and manager John McKinsey are absolutely outstanding! The sweetest customer service and friendly atmosphere! Hands down the best place in Cleveland to eat! Food is always fresh and the store is clean.

  I thought I would try this place for lunch and then I came back for dinner too. The food is so good. It's very satisfying and clean and destiny and Libby are so wonderful. They let me try some different things before I decided to make them my meal. Thank you so much for letting me explore your food

  My experience was horrible. Before you read any further understand that the Turkey Creek Cava oin knoxville when compared to this one is a michelin star experience. That is my go to now, especially after this Cava left a bad taste upon my mouth. I and my fiance stepped in the door and there was a long line. Absolutely no problem the restaurant seems very popular. As we wait people are getting told "Sorry for the wait can I get you anything?" From the manager. How kind... When our turn came. She said nothing. Not a word. I hate to play the victim when unnecessary but was it beacuse I'm black? I feel that if my (Asian) fiance walked in by herself she would have been greeted like anyone else was that night. She looked over and noticed flies buzzing around the food with only small attempts to swipe them away by management. One fly? Thats perfectly fine the door has to open for customers to come in so a fly can too. Six flies?! Thats a cleanliness issue truly. We walked out with only a grimace and shoulder shrug from management. I cannot fathom coming back from possibly racist service; to an unclean food prep area. Please I urge you. Make the drive the turkey creek and experience Cava heaven.
