Was told pull forward and wait on the food sat inn98 degree heat with a wide who has Parkinson’s waiting on meal for over fifteen minutes. Meal came out we left drove 20 miles home. Opened bag NO drinks and three no bites,

While ordering there was a girl writing everything we wanted on a paper plate to standing next to the girl she handed the plate to so she could put everything in the register to ring up. In my head as a business owner I was thinking man, that is gonna be alot of paper plate waste. Moving onto to he meals. The bins the fixing were in looked awful. While she was putting the food in those bowls she would scoop a half a spoon out of them leaving those tiny bowls half empty. The breast I recieved had a whole neck connected to whixh made me nauseated immediately. The wing was so dry it was like potato chips. It took her a long time to pack these up due to the cluster of employees talking about nothing. Every one says how great Bojangles is and the only thing good was the fountain drink I got. Someone definetly needs to take a look at busy times, scheduling, quality of food, and customer service. This was my 1st time in and for sure my last, was not impressed.

- RSRD SmithAug 11, 20265.0I asked the manager how long this Bojangles had been open. He said since 2015 it's my first time there. Very clean. Very architecturally pleasing. They had plotted and synchronized the grounds to where it is very appealing. Lot of trees. Plenty of parking. Had a through Street that went through the back which was very nicely done. The food was great. It was a late breakfast for me. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit very tasty. The rounds were good and I got a Dr. Pepper to drink. The only flaw is and they put it on the ticket, one mustard packet and one ketchup packet and they didn't give them to me. I have to have mustard on mine sausage and I need ketchup for my rounds. Other than that, 4.8 out of 5 very well run very clean. Everyone seemed to be engaged, not for marriage LOL.
