Destiny was arguing with me that she wasn’t rude and that they were “busy” but when i first walked in there was no one inside and she was just standing at the front. they got busy after we had to wait for my food for 25 minutes and it was still wrong.

I’ve ordered the Sausage Bo-Berry Biscuit multiple times and have repeatedly been given a regular sausage biscuit instead. Today I ordered two Sausage Bo-Berry Biscuits and received one correct biscuit and one regular one. If you are out of Bo-Berry biscuits, just tell me. I will gladly wait for more to be made. What is not acceptable is handing a customer something different from what they ordered and paid for without saying anything. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee was even more concerning. I’ve ordered this drink three times, so I know what it is supposed to look, smell, and taste like. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavoring was definitely in the drink I received today, but the actual base was completely wrong. It was clear and amber-colored, had no coffee smell, and tasted like sweet tea with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavoring mixed into it. This was not a case of them simply forgetting the flavoring or making the coffee a little differently — the flavoring was there, but it appeared to have been added to sweet tea instead of coffee. If coffee needs to be brewed or prepared, I will gladly wait. There is absolutely no reason to substitute sweet tea for coffee and serve it as though it is the item the customer ordered. Coffee and sweet tea are obviously not interchangeable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the restaurant was not busy. I was the only customer there at the time, so this was not a situation where employees were overwhelmed with a rush. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly giving customers incorrect items without saying anything is unacceptable. Management needs to address the order accuracy and make sure employees are actually serving what customers order and pay for.
