  We went there yesterday, as a group of 4. We took my mother-in-law (it was her birthday) because she loves Arby’s. The cashier, Tyneisha, was very unwelcoming and rude the whole time taking our order. Between being snippy, cutting us off while speaking, slamming our cups on the counter, and shoving our change in our hands, and ignoring us when part of our order was missing, it was unpleasant. The lobby was dirty to top it off. They weren’t busy either, by the way. It was just us 4 and a couple there. We won’t be going back to this location. If we decide to eat Arby’s again, we’ll just take our business to the APD-40 location; at least their lobby is clean and their employees are very nice and welcoming.

  The classic roast beef sandwich was unfortunately overly salty to the point where it became hard to enjoy after just a couple of bites. The flavor balance just felt off, and the overall presentation didn’t help the experience either—it looked rushed and not particularly appetizing for what was supposed to be a signature item. For a $5.09 sandwich, expectations are fairly modest, but even then it missed the mark. We ended up unable to eat after 2nd bite and discarded three sandwiches after only a couple of bites, which says a lot about the food. The only saving grace from the order was the curly fries, which were at least enjoyable and carried the meal on texture and seasoning alone. Overall, it felt like a stop that works better for fries than for the main items.

  Better off making a sandwich at home. At least you will know it will be made correctly. My roast beef sandwich melted through the wrapper 5 min down to road made right or wrong thats ridiculous.

  We went inside to order. We stood there for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged us! What happened to customer service! We just walked out
