Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Jonathon greeted us nicely, took our order, & checked on all the seated patrons making sure our needs and wants were met. He even went and made fresh sweet tea for us.
Our order tends to be complicated and he didn’t bat an eye at my list of specifications. Our food was out much faster than expected, perfectly done to order, hot & tasty!
I’ve not found a single Whataburger outside of Texas that can knock it out of the park like this one!

Our servers Kim and Titi were the best!! We always come so late at night, but even though it was late, we were met with smiles and friendliness by Kim. When we were told they unfortunately had ran out of biscuits, Kim and Titi were so kind and offered us a great solution which had us leaving very happy!! Will definitely be returning!!

Whoever is taking orders this morning 06/19 9:00 - 9:20 am (I think her name was Jalayah or something like that, the heavier set of the 2 women there) needs to find a new job.
When we ordered we couldn't even get a full sentence out without her, with a rude tone of voice, saying "Anything else?"
We get to the window, and had to pull to the front to wait. Which is fine. We waited a long time as they admitted they gave the wrong person our order. Again, that's fine, but we waited awhile.
Once we finally got our order, it was completely different than what we ordered. We ordered 2 sausage biscuits, and we got 2 breakfast burgers or something like that.
My husband went inside to get it corrected, and the same woman from before told my husband that that is what we ordered. I have no idea what that even is, and I absolutely would never have ordered it. And to argue with a customer about what they said is insane by the way.
Then, I had to go inside. This time, I spoke with James and they got it fixed.
The entire time, the woman in the back is clearly talking about me, arguing and giving me dirty looks, as if I did something to her when I haven't even actually spoken a word to her, only my husband did.
She has a HORRIBLE attitude, and belongs nowhere near a customer service job.
I've never had this much trouble with anyone at this location or any.
James is the only one there this morning that was helpful, who was actually trying to do a good job and be nice. He went above and beyond to correct our order while everyone else stood around complaining. James deserves a raise! Thank you, James for all your hard work and getting us the correct order.

Yesterday I went there , ordered number 3 from their menu which is Triple burger with fries ,my use to be regular order there. After 2 minutes employee brought me plate with one single burger in my patties. I went back to cashier, politely let her know that my order is not correct one. She went to the kitchen for manager , came ask to check my receipt and confirmed that my order was not made by the receipt. Then the other lady come took my plate , told me that they will remake my order. After 2 minutes same lady showed up to me with plastic bags and just 2 pieces of meat in it and she told me “that manager told her to give me my missing order parts like that “ After they took my plate and told me order will be remake she is bringing me plastic bag with 2 pieces of meat, just that , no plate no order no fries nothing. Way of communication and treating customer from management there was so embarrassing and rude! I have never experienced anything like this. Completely disrespectful. I took plastic thing put it on counter top and told to them that I don’t understand what the problem is just to make an order for me the one that I placed to dine-in. I said thank you for treating me like this and I left. It was very disrespectful, way of communicating is below any standards. Fast food like this one doesn’t deserve any people going there and im encouraging all of you to avoid it. Milos Petrovic
